What is an auto feeder.
An auto feeder (automatic feeder) separates stacked sheet products one at a time and sends them to the production line in sequence. The machine takes over the work people used to do by hand, feeding folding cartons, plastic film, leaflets, and bands one by one.
When thin, light paper is fed by hand, two sheets often go through together, and speed and quantity vary from moment to moment. An auto feeder conveys sheets one at a time at regular intervals on a belt, and a sensor detects each product as it passes.
Mount an inkjet·thermal transfer printer on the auto feeder, and separation and expiration date·lot number printing are handled in one step. PEC offers AF-300-1S, with patented separation technology designed and built in-house in Korea, and AFPC-1000, a friction feeder specially built for large plastic film·folding cartons.

What products can the auto feeder separate?
It separates everything from thin leaflets to folding cartons, plastic film, zipper bags, envelopes, bands, carton boxes, and parts such as automotive battery anode materials. It is customized to your product.
Does it feed products of different thicknesses and materials one at a time?
With its patented separation technology, AF-300-1S feeds products of different thicknesses and materials to the line one at a time. For large packaging materials such as large plastic film, the friction-type AFPC-1000 is the right fit. We confirm this with a free test using your actual packaging.
How do I choose between AF-300-1S and AFPC-1000?
AF-300-1S suits leaflets, folding cartons, and parts 50~300 mm wide; AFPC-1000 suits large plastic film·folding cartons·cartons up to 450 mm wide.
Can it print dates while separating?
Yes. With an optional inkjet marking machine (cartridge type) or thermal transfer marking machine (ribbon type), separation and expiration date·lot number printing are handled in one step. We also offer IPS-PCI220, an all-in-one unit that combines an auto feeder and an inkjet.
Can it be integrated with my existing production line?
We even synchronize the separation timing with your line's signal system.
Is it difficult to operate?
Anyone can operate it with just a few buttons. Speed is adjusted with a dial, the output count is shown on a counter, and a signal tower lets you check the operating status even from a distance.
Can it be custom-built for my product?
Yes. AF-300-1S is available with design changes and custom builds, and AFPC-1000 can also be fitted with custom specifications such as vacuum pickup or extra-large box feeding.
What about sample testing and warranty?
