Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the website (www.pecpna.com) operated by PEC Inc. (the "Company"). The website introduces the Company and its products and accepts consultation requests. It does not offer account registration or online payments.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions for using the website's information and consultation request service, and the rights·obligations of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Services Provided)
- Product information (marking machines, labelers, sealers, auto feeders, packaging machines, and vision inspection) and application case studies
- Receiving requests for equipment consultation, quotes, and sample testing
- Reference tools, including the equipment finder and savings calculator
Article 3 (Product Information)
Website speeds, dimensions, and compatible products are representative specifications; actual specifications vary with the product, label, and container size. All equipment specifications are finalized after sample testing, and final terms are governed by the quote and contract. Savings calculator results are estimates for reference only.
Article 4 (Consultation Requests)
Users must provide accurate details when requesting a consultation. The Company will use the contact details provided. Requests with false information or for sales·advertising purposes may not be processed. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policyas applicable.
Article 5 (Copyright)
Copyright in all website content, including text, photos, videos, drawings, and designs, belongs to the Company. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, adaptation, or commercial use requires the Company's prior written consent. Customer trademarks and logos belong to their respective companies.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

- Requesting a consultation using another person's information without authorization
- Unauthorized collection·reproduction of Company content
Article 7 (Scope of Liability)

Content and transactions on linked external sites, including YouTube and Naver Smart Store, are governed by those sites' terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court responsible for the Company's head office location.
