PEC Inc. (the "Company") manufactures·sells packaging·marking machines. This website accepts consultation requests only, with no account registration or online payments. The Company handles personal data received during consultations as follows under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

- Website consultation requests: Contact name and phone number (required) / Company name, daily output, equipment of interest, product·container, and inquiry details (optional)

2. Retention Periods
- Consultation request data: Retained for 1 year after the consultation ends, then destroyed
- If a transaction takes place, records relating to quotes·contracts·tax invoices: 5 years as required by applicable laws, including Korea's Framework Act on National Taxes

The Company does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
4. Processing Providers and Overseas Transfers
The following services are used to operate the website; some use servers located overseas.
- Web3Forms (overseas): Forwards consultation requests to the Company's email. Transferred data includes name, contact details, company name, and inquiry content. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) when submitted and deleted after forwarding in accordance with the service's policy.

- Google (overseas), Naver: Visitor statistics and advertising performance measurement
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time. Call 031-762-7749 or email hello@pecpna.com, and we will respond without delay.
6. Destruction
Personal data is destroyed without delay when its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably, and paper documents are shredded.
7. Security Measures

- Consultation data access is limited to authorized staff; company email accounts use 2-step verification
- Periodic destruction of data past its retention period

The website uses Google Ads tags and Naver Analytics for visitor statistics and advertising performance measurement; cookies may be stored in this process.
