What is an induction sealer.
An induction sealer is a machine that heats an aluminum seal liner (safety seal) placed on a container opening by high-frequency induction heating and bonds it to the opening. It is also called an induction cap sealer or cap sealer.
Sealing is completed while capped containers pass along the conveyor, so contents do not leak even when shaken. You can open the cap and check right away that the seal liner is bonded to the opening.
PEC's CM-2000·CM-2500 have a 4-head structure for strong output and seal pointed caps (conical caps) with a special head. They are air-cooled, so no coolant management is needed. To seal without a cap and inspect visually right away, use the NCM-2000, which automatically cuts and applies roll film.

Frequently asked questions.
What containers can an induction sealer be used on?
It is used on round plastic or glass bottles and containers. Our installations seal everything from medicine bottles, sauce containers, and cosmetic and health-food bottles to 5kg gochujang tubs and 25L engine oil jerrycans.
Does the model depend on the cap size?
Yes. By seal liner size, 15~60mm uses the CM-2000 and large-diameter 50~121mm uses the CM-2500. To seal without a cap and inspect visually right away, use the NCM-2000.
Can pointed caps be sealed?
The CM-2000·CM-2500 can seal pointed caps (conical caps) with a custom-built special head.
Does it require coolant management?
The CM-2000·CM-2500 are air-cooled, so there is no troublesome maintenance such as coolant. The power supply and coil output unit are integrated.
How many can it process per day?
The CM-2000·CM-2500 process 60 per minute, about 30,000 in an 8-hour shift. This varies with container size and operating conditions. The NCM-2000 handles 24~30 per minute.
How are products missing a seal liner rejected?
A missing-seal detector and ejector is available as an option: a German-made sensor checks for the seal liner and rejects containers without one from the line.
Can one machine handle containers of different sizes?
The height is easy to adjust, making it suitable for multi-product production. The seal liner size range differs by model, so please tell us your container specifications.
What about sample testing and warranty?
Send us the containers you use or visit our demonstration center at our Yongin headquarters in Gyeonggi-do, and we will seal them in front of you. We provide 1 year of free repair and a 5-year repair warranty.
