Shrink Wrapper
From film sealing to the shrink tunnel, we turn hand shrink wrapping into machine work. We test the fully automatic SW-2000, which matches film length with a photosensor, and the L-type sealer + shrink tunnel setup directly with your product.
What is a shrink wrapper.
A shrink wrapper wraps a product in shrink film, heat-seals the film around it, and then shrinks the film with the heat of a shrink tunnel so it fits tightly against the product. It is also commonly called a shrink packaging machine.
Wrapping film by hand easily causes wrinkles or loose spots, and the smaller the box, the more tedious the work. In a shrink wrapper, the sealing bar seals the film around the product in one stroke and the tunnel shrinks it under the same conditions every time, finishing even the corners and seams consistently.
PEC's SW-2000 controls film length with a photosensor and counter, automatically cuts·seals to fit the product shape, and then carries the product straight through the shrink tunnel.

Can one machine handle boxes of different sizes?
In our on-site video, slim diffuser boxes and large gift set boxes were shrink-wrapped on the same L-type sealer + shrink tunnel. The SW-2000 controls film length with a photosensor·counter and automatically cuts·seals to fit the product shape. We confirm the actual range of application through a sample test.
What power and space are needed for installation?
The SW-2000 uses 220V, 60Hz single-phase 1.8 kW power. The machine measures width 1790 × length 830 × height 1600 mm and weighs 300 kg.
Can box forming and taping be automated as well?
Yes. The fully automatic case erector CE-1000 folds boxes and tapes the bottom, and the case taping machines SCS-1000·SCS-2000 seal the top. Combined with the shrink wrapper, the end of the line can be automated all at once.
Can we test with our own product first?
Yes. Send us the boxes or products you use or visit our demonstration center at our Yongin headquarters in Gyeonggi-do, and we will shrink-wrap them in front of you. Specifications for every machine are finalized after a sample test.
What about warranty and after-sales service?
