What is a wraparound labeler.
A wraparound labeler is a label applicator that automatically applies sticker labels to the sides of round containers such as bottles and cylinders while rolling them. Faster and more precise than manual work, a single machine replaces the job of applying labels one by one by hand.
PEC wraparound labelers come in two types: the belt type, which applies labels while conveying bottles on a belt, and the cylinder type, which grips and rotates the product with air pressure to align the label ends. The belt type specializes in versatility, the cylinder type in precision.

What containers can a wraparound labeler be used on?
It is used on the sides of round containers such as bottles, cylindrical containers, vials, and ampoules. Compatible bottle sizes by model: LR-4000, diameter 10~120mm; LR-4100, diameter 30~120mm; LR-2000, diameter 16~90mm·height 30~160mm. The model is selected after a sample test with your actual containers.
What is the difference between the belt type and the cylinder type?
The belt type (LR-2000, LR-4000) applies labels to the side while conveying bottles on a belt, making it highly versatile. The cylinder type (LR-4100) grips and rotates the product with air pressure as it applies the label, so the label ends align precisely; it is widely used for precision labeling where every label must go on identically in the same position, such as small vials. The cylinder type requires an air compressor.
How many labels per minute?
LR-2000 handles 30~40 per minute, LR-4000 60 per minute, and LR-4100 20~200 per minute. Actual speed varies with label and container size.
Can it apply clear labels?
Yes. A special ultrasonic sensor dedicated to clear labels can be added as an option.
Can it print expiration dates while labeling?
An inkjet marking machine (cartridge type) or thermal transfer marking machine (ribbon type) can be configured as an option. Label application and date printing are handled on a single line.
Do you also make label stickers to fit the machine?
Yes. We produce roll labels ready to load onto PEC labelers, matched to the reel's inner and outer diameter and winding direction. We can also advise on high-tack, refrigerated·frozen, and clear labels.
Can I test before purchasing?
